By placing an order on wallsetters.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

We have done our best to display product colors and designs as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. Product photos may include props for display purposes only.

Actual measurements may vary slightly due to manual measurement. Please refer to the size guide provided on each product page.

Orders & Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only. Once dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

Wall Setters reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

Delivery

Delivery is available across Pakistan. Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days. Delivery times may vary for remote areas.

All complaints regarding incorrect, missing, or damaged items must be reported at the time of delivery or within 24 hours via WhatsApp or email.

Payments

All orders are Cash on Delivery (COD). Payment is collected at the time of delivery. No advance payment is required.

Product Warranty

Wall Setters does not offer warranty on discounted or promotional products. We do not allow any modification or customization of our products after delivery.

Privacy

Your personal information is used solely for order processing and delivery. We do not share your data with third parties.
